Job Description:
Fast Track Improvements is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the management and execution of property renovation projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest standards of quality. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and our internal team to deliver exceptional service and results.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-Construction Planning:
- Conduct detailed property assessments and create comprehensive scopes of work.
- Collaborate with clients and qualified subcontractors to finalize project proposals.
- Present proposals to clients and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
- Vendor and Subcontractor Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential subcontractors based on expertise and reliability.
- Develop and maintain a database of preferred vendors categorized by specialization.
- Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors for ongoing quality control.
- Project Execution and Oversight:
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and progress to ensure efficient completion.
- Monitor work quality and safety standards at each stage of the project.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise promptly and effectively.
- Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Deliver photo and video updates as needed to keep clients informed.
- Post-Construction Management:
- Conduct final walkthroughs and inspections to ensure all work meets standards.
- Facilitate project closeout and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist with any post-rehab services such as cleaning and staging.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
